Upon successful purchase your photos will be inserted in clear top loader and will be carefully packaged in rigid cardboard envelope to prevent being damaged. I always put “Do Not Bend” and “Please Scan” stickers on envelopes.
I ship within five business days but usually your item will be shipped within three business day. If you need your photo(s) as soon as possible, please include a note with your payment to that effect. As soon as I create a label, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery confirmation number. I insure all packages value over $35.00
Returns are accepted in the same condition as sent, no questions asked! Your satisfaction is my #1 priority. Just contact me for return label and one will be emailed to you.
If your item has arrived damaged, I will refund you your money and would ask you for picture of the packaging and the damage.
