Upon successful purchase your photos will be inserted in clear top loader and will be carefully packaged in rigid cardboard envelope to prevent being damaged. I always put “Do Not Bend” and “Please Scan” stickers on envelopes.
I ship within three business days but usually your item will be shipped within one business day. If you need your photo(s) as soon as possible, please include a note with your payment to that effect. As soon as I create a label, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery confirmation number. I insure all packages value over $35.00 domestically and $30.00 internationally.
Returns are accepted in the same condition as sent, no questions asked! Your satisfaction is my #1 priority. Just contact me for return label and one will be emailed to you.
If the item was insured and arrived damaged, I will refund you your money in exchange for picture of the packaging and the damage. I will then get reimbursed by insurance.
After you receive your purchase, you may receive a survey form by email.
